Rachel Dicker Travel specializes in custom trip planning.

Luxury travel and adventure experiences are what we do best.

We understand that one size does NOT fit all for travel planning.  We have designed a pricing structure that allows you to pay for the services most suitable for you situation.

When you engage our services you can expect to pay the following professional services fees depending upon your travel planning needs.

Fees associated with CUSTOM TRIP CONSULTATION AND PLANNING

We are experts in designing customized itineraries. We are hired by you as a professional consultant to discuss with your wants and needs for each trip and to draw upon our industry and destination knowledge, as well as our experience and connections, to create a customized full service itinerary for each trip.  Trip planning fees start at $500 per trip.

The planning fee includes our initial consultation, the time involved in research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your needs. Charging a fee allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources needed during this important phase of itinerary development.

The Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable should you decide you don’t want to book the trip or cancel the trip for whatever reason including a force majeure event as defined in our terms and conditions. If you decide you’d like to explore a different destination entirely additional fees may apply.

Fees associated with HOTEL ONLY BOOKINGS

$150 if you know when you want to go and at which property you want to stay. We will simply book the hotel for you, send you the confirmation and VIP you at the property prior to arrival to ensure you are able to take advantage of any perks and benefits we may be able to get you through our valued relationships.

from $250 PER DESTINATION if there is research involved in finding you the perfect property.  After discussing with you your hotel preferences, we will present you with 3 options. Any further research will potentially be subject to additional fees.

CONCIERGE FEE – $150/hour if you want us to book transfers, arrival assistance, tee-times, dining or spa reservations or hotel activities.  If we do end up booking services other than the hotel reservation we will put the information together for you in an itinerary which will be available via an app on your mobile phone.

CANCELLATION FEE – 10% per hotel for hotel-only bookings if you need to cancel for any reason.

When you book through us we can get you perks and benefits at Virtuoso* and partner hotels that you cannot get when you book directly or through an online booking engine. These valuable benefits often include complimentary breakfast for two, an upgrade on arrival and resort, spa or food and beverage credit.

*if the hotel is not a member of Virtuoso we will not be able to get you Virtuoso benefits.

OTHER FEES:

CANCELLATION FEE – Trips that were charged an Itinerary Management Fee will not be charged a cancelation fee. All other trips (including, but not limited to a cruise or group trip) that are cancelled prior to departure for any reason are subject to a cancellation fee of $250 per person or 10% per hotel for hotel-only bookings

LATE BOOKING FEE – Travel that is requested less than 45 days prior to departure will be subject to a $300 late booking fee, which is in addition to the standard trip consultation and management fees.
