During this call I want to know more about you and your travel style: your likes and dislikes, your quirks, your must-haves, and your no thank yous. I want to know the best trips you’ve ever taken, the worst trip you’ve ever taken, what your favorite hotels are, and what your ideal day is like. The more information I have about the Whys of your trip the better I can match your taste and travel style with the right destination and/or property.

fter we’ve had our initial call I’ll charge my Planning Fee and get to work! I’ll take all of the information I learned in our conversation to start crafting your itinerary. This is a collaborative process. I’ll send you the preliminary itinerary and you can give me your feedback on what works and what doesn’t. This ensures the final product is a very personalized itinerary that reflects exactly your needs and wants.

fter we’ve confirmed your trip I’ll make sure you have all the information you need to get ready, things like: entry and visa requirements, immunization considerations, destination information, local emergency contacts and tipping guidelines.
GET READY TO TRAVEL
STEP 3:
ight before you depart I’ll reach out and make sure you have everything you need for your trip and are ready to go. You’ll always have a contact number for someone to reach out in case things don’t go according to plan. We are here to support you before and during your trip. If there are any issues while you are traveling we hope you’ll reach out to the local contact number you are given so we have an opportunity to make it right.

fter you return I love to hear how things went. I want to hear it all: what you liked best, what you liked least and if there was anything that could be improved upon. Our goal is to build a long term relationship with you, so we can continue to put together incredible trips for you.

The custom itinerary fee covers research and booking all aspects of a trip after our Discover Call: itinerary planning, hotels, guides, and transfers.
Rates start at $650 per trip*
*Rates are set after our initial consultation and we understand the scope of the trip and amount of research and work involved.
$650 covers a trip that is 1-2 weeks in length and involves one family of 4-6 people. Rates go up for longer or more logistically challenging trips.

FEES
We charge professional planning fees for our time and expertise for the following;

- Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.
- Please be advised that generally the itinerary/cost is presented as a package of services, and most of my local partners have contracted rates. Therefore it is possible we may not be able to give you an itemized breakdown of the total trip cost. If you require and itemized invoice, please advise at the beginning of the planning process.
- Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee.
If you already know where you want to stay, feel free to contact us with the details so we can book it for you and get the amenities you love.
There is no fee if there is no hotel research involved and you know the hotel you’d like to book for which dates. If you don’t know which hotel or resort you’d like to book and need some options we’ll use our expertise and resources to find you the right place.
We charge a $150 booking fee for bookings that require research.
Hotels & Resorts
We do not book air as that is a specialty in and of itself. However we do work with air ticketing specialist and can refer you if you’d like help booking your air tickets.
